Mine grinds when I rotate it but no pain and it's the actual shoulder not the blade. Any idea?

Doctor, I'm from india , belong to a marginal economic conditions. I have been going through several problems since last three years. Now , since last 4 months I have been suffering from severe right Pelvic and scrotal pain along with perinium and buttock pain as well. But no swelling or mass. I have done usg ingunal area and MRI Hip too. It revealed only mild cam type hip impingement. No medicine and no therapy are helping me out. I cant perform my daily works due to scrotal and epididymis pain. Please help me out. Please. I'm the only bread earner of my family. Please help. I can send you Dicom soft file of my MRI. Please help.

Can a tear arise from fanatical masturbation in the perineum? After every pee I have pain between my scrotum and anus and I can no longer sit!! and it feels like urine is stuck in my perineum!! I have been suffering with testis pain for over 5 months now. It all started off with a dumbbell side raise exercise where I bent a little forward and did the raises, suddenly felt some pain in my pubic area for literally 2 seconds. After four days my testis started to hurt and till date its hurting pain. Its really weird pain because i have this pain every 3 to days days. Lasts for whole day and next morning no pain. Again the cycle repeats after 3,4 days.

An anesthetist in Montreal has injected me in the pudendal nerve but it was injected in my bum??? This anesthetist has destroyed my life. Ever since he injected me my nerve in my bum hurts me so so much and also my urethra burns like you wouldn't believe. It's been 2 years and a half now. The more time goes the more it hurts. It is non stop. This doctor has spoken to me on the phone once and said I am sorry to have injected you because it was not the pudendal nerve. I am sorry than he said I have a personal call and hung up on me. The only I had before he touched is that I had to go to the bathroom often. Now I have to live like this for the rest of my life because of this doctor. Horrible! This doctor has no consequences

Thanks for the video! My doctor thinks I have non-bacterial chronic prostatitis and that pelvic floor dysfunctions may be involved. But I don't have any pain anywhere - I just have very bad urinary frequency and urgency and sometimes some burning. But no pain. Could this still be pelvic floor related?

I found that certain exercises have helped calm things down, I also know that juice irritates and pop, also high amounts of sugar. So far that is the only few things that aggravate things. At the same time, we are treating our symptoms, but we are not getting to the root cause of why this being caused.

I’ve dealt with this type of neuralgia since I was 16 . I am 39 now and on medication to help with systemic neuralgia but, the worse pain is the nerve pain in the back of my head . Sometimes it gets so intense that my head will jolt to the left ( neuralgia mostly on the left side ) It has stopped for a while. I just started physio and that specific neuralgia is now back . Postural changes , yes I agree . I have muscle weakness all over but , with any hope , once my muscles start getting stronger , we are hoping the neuralgia will reduce . Neuralgia pain , I would not wish this on my worst enemy .
